Production Rebate Certificate (PRC) claims administration:
End-to-end process in compiling and submitting Production Incentive (PI) applications which is administered by International Trade Administration Commission (ITAC).
This process may include coordination with the nominated external auditors
APDP Declarations Management
Link Logix can assist component and raw materials suppliers to manage their administrative functions and obligations under the APDP (end-to-end) in relation to the following declarations:
Form C2s (declarations of foreign content) including the annual audit requirements with your nominated external auditors
SMDs (Standard Material and Component Declarations)
